Summary
The Summary tab is the project’s consolidated view. It concentrates the main configurable data and serves as the entry point for anyone opening the project for the first time.
What appears in the Summary
Project header
- Owner — indicates who is primarily responsible for the project’s progress.
- Category — defines the project’s main classification and which category it fits into.
- Start and end dates — define the project’s execution period.
- Overall progress bar — shows the general progress of the project as a whole, updated as the schedule’s tasks are completed.
These are the same data displayed in the projects’ Gantt diagram.
Objectives
Area for registering and linking OKRs related to the project. Here you can create strategic objectives and their respective Key Results (as long as the necessary indicators have already been configured on the platform), or link an existing objective. These objectives are macro and strategic in nature and can be shared across different projects with similar purposes. When you link an objective, the project also starts being tracked in the Strategic Goals dashboards, where the associated OKR can be used as a filter to view all projects connected to the same goal.
Budget and Gains
Shows the project’s current budget (once the amounts have been registered) alongside the project’s current gains, separating the amounts between what has already been achieved and the target the project aims to reach — this applies both to the budget/spending context and to the gains context. Details in Budget and Gains.
Project Tracking
Section intended for reporting meeting minutes, project updates, discussions, and other relevant records throughout execution.
