Setting up a campaign

Campaign registration is the first step to starting an innovation program. At this stage, the essential parameters are defined: objectives, themes, evaluation flow and participation criteria.

Intrapreneurship vs. Open Innovation

The campaign can follow two approaches depending on the target audience:

  • Idea Portal — aimed at internal employees (intrapreneurship).
  • Open Innovation — involves external partners such as startups, universities and suppliers. See the Portal section to set up open campaigns.

For idea portal:

Configuration steps

Form → Selection Steps → Evaluation Committee → Criteria → Gamification

  1. Application Form: information collection tool for evaluating proposals.
  2. Selection Stages: flow of analysis and screening of proposals until the approval stage.
  3. Committees and Evaluators: groups responsible for evaluating proposals at each stage.
  4. Evaluation Criteria: parameters to classify and prioritize proposals at each stage.
  5. Gamification: Set up scores, tasks and prizes to encourage participation.
