Schedule
The Schedule tab is responsible for planning and tracking the activities needed to develop the project. In it, the user can create tasks, define execution periods, establish dependencies between activities, and choose between a list view or a Gantt chart view.
View modes
In list mode, you can reorder tasks, update status, adjust the completion percentage, edit dates, and create subtasks, allowing detailed control of execution. In the Gantt view, the user can adjust task durations directly on the chart bars, switch between monthly and weekly views, and use presentation mode for an expanded view of the schedule.
Presentation Mode is a feature that displays tasks in a cleaner, more organized way, making it easier to view and track the work. If the project uses Sprints, this mode also presents the Backlog organization, letting you see more clearly which tasks have not yet started and which are already distributed across sprints.
Structure of a task
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Title and description | Identify the task and provide the context needed for its execution. |
| Team allocation | One or more people responsible for execution, selected from the users already registered in the project team. |
| Deadlines | Defined by start and end dates, or just by the task’s duration in days. |
| Status and progress | The task’s execution stage and completion percentage. |
| Dependencies | Predecessor tasks (must be completed first) or successor tasks (happen afterward). Only tasks that already exist in the project can be linked. |
Schedule and Backlog
When a Schedule task is marked as a Sprint, it becomes part of the Backlog, where specific subtasks can be created to enable its execution and where Sprint items are organized before going to the Kanban board.
