The Hub

The Hub is your organization’s central workspace in Quiker. It is where administrators, managers, and collaborators manage everything related to the organizational strategy — from users and campaigns to planning cycles and general settings. Each organization has its own exclusive Hub, accessible after the user logs in.

What the Hub centralizes

The Hub brings together all of your organization’s strategic features in one place. Below are the main areas you will find:

  • Users — Register, import, and manage the organization’s members, assigning profiles and access permissions.
  • Campaigns — Create and track engagement, recognition, and performance evaluation campaigns.
  • Projects — Organize tasks, deliverables, and owners in projects linked to strategic planning.
  • Settings — Customize Hub preferences, including integrations, notifications, and organization data.

User profiles

Every person who accesses the Hub has a user profile, assigned by the administrator, which determines what they can see and do on the platform. The table below summarizes the available profiles and their responsibilities:

ProfileResponsibilities
AdministratorManages the entire organization, users, and settings with no access restrictions
ManagerManages campaigns, projects, and teams
EvaluatorEvaluates collaborators’ performance and results
CollaboratorParticipates in campaigns and projects
ParticipantLimited access to campaigns

Profiles define which sections of the side menu are visible and which actions are available. For example, only the Administrator has access to the Hub’s general settings and user management.

The Hub’s main navigation happens through the side menu (sidebar), located on the left side of the screen. It groups the available sections according to your profile:

  • Collaboration Board — Access to the simplified interface used mainly by collaborators and participants. Every user has access to the Board, regardless of the profile type registered.
  • Management (Campaigns) — List of active campaigns, with shortcuts for creation and tracking.
  • Projects — Overview of the organization’s projects, with filters by status, owner, and cycle.
  • Organization — Users, teams, planning cycles, indicators, categories, and general settings. For this section, only the Administrator has access to the settings.

In the center of the screen, upon logging in, you see the home dashboard with a summary of recent activity, ongoing campaigns, and quick shortcuts to the most used sections. In the top-right corner, the profile menu lets you access your personal settings, switch organizations (if applicable), and sign out.

Editing your profile

To update your personal information in the Hub, click your avatar or name in the top-right corner of the screen and select My Profile. On the profile page, you can edit:

  • Contact information (phone, job title)
  • Language settings
  • Notification preferences

After making your changes, click Save to confirm them.

Note: For full details on permissions by profile, see Profiles and Permissions.
