Participating in the Evaluation Committee

If you have been invited to join an Assessment Committee, your role is essential to ensure a technical, fair selection process aligned with the strategic objectives of the call. Below are the updated guidelines for operating on the platform.

1. Access to the Platform

Login with email and password

• Access the platform using the email and password sent by invitation.
• If you don’t remember your password, select “I forgot password” and follow the instructions to reset it. Check your inbox to complete the process.

Registration on the Hub

• If, when trying to access, the message appears that you are not registered in the hub, request the inclusion or update of your registration with the responsible team.
• This registration is essential to enable your participation in the committee.

2. Accessing the Funnel Workspace

After logging in, you will be directed to the Funnel Workspace, an environment where the calls in which you have evaluation permission are organized.

When accessing a specific call, you will see the selection funnel, structured by stages (for example: Applied, Under Evaluation, Finalists, Completed). Viewing the steps will depend on your permission profile.

3. Evaluating Ideas in the Funnel

Evaluation by stage

The recommendation is to carry out the assessments according to the schedule defined by the call. At each step, you will be able to:

• Analyze the assigned ideas;
• Evaluate based on configured criteria;
• Record notes and comments;
• Submit your individual evaluation.

Depending on the campaign configuration, the criteria may have specific weights, directly impacting the final average of the proposal.

Evaluation by challenge or theme

• If the call is structured by challenges or themes, you will only be able to view ideas related to your area of expertise.
• This ensures greater technical precision and coherence in the analysis.

Use of AI Assessment (when enabled)

• In some calls, there may be support from an automated evaluator, which considers criteria and indicators previously defined in the stage configuration.
• In these cases, your human assessment continues to be decisive, complementing the automated analysis with a strategic and contextual vision.

4. Feedback to Proponents

During the assessment process, you will be able to record structured feedback.

Feedback is essential for:

• Highlight strengths;
• Indicate opportunities for improvement;
• Justify the score assigned;
• Contribute to the maturity of proposals.

Depending on the call setup, feedback may be visible to participants or restricted to the internal committee.

5. Movement between Steps

Some evaluators are allowed to move ideas between stages after the evaluation is completed. This functionality depends on the assigned profile and the rules defined in the campaign.

If you have this permission, the movement must occur based on:

• Average evaluations;
• In the established technical criteria;
• In the strategic alignment of the proposal with the objectives of the call.## 6. Classification and Consolidation of Assessments

The platform automatically consolidates the individual ratings of the evaluators, generating a weighted average according to the defined criteria and weights.

This calculation allows:

• Classify ideas objectively;
• Identify the proposals with the greatest adherence to the challenge;
• Support collegiate decisions of the committee.

7. Filters and Sorting

To make the process more efficient, you can use the filters and the Order (↑↓) option next to the search. Top options include:

• High Rating Average: Displays the best-performing ideas first.
• Low Rating Average: prioritizes ideas with lower scores.
• Highest Number of Reviews: shows the most rated ideas.
• Lower Number of Evaluations: allows you to identify ideas that still need analysis.

These filters help organize the committee’s work and ensure that no proposal is left unevaluated.

8. Your Strategic Role

By joining the Evaluation Committee, you directly contribute to:
