Team
The Teams tab is intended for managing the members involved in the project, letting you organize who participates and each user’s level of responsibility.
Roles within the project
- Owner — the only user with full permission over the project. Leads execution and is accountable for results.
- Collaborator — executes tasks and records progress in the Schedule and the other tabs.
- Observer — follows the project’s progress without editing tasks, budget, or information.
Note: These roles are internal to the project and do not replace the user’s global Hub profile. A Hub collaborator can be the “Owner” in one project and an “Observer” in another. Each project can have only one user registered as Owner.
Adding a new team member
When a project is created, it already has an automatically defined Owner: the project’s creator (Administrator or Manager) or, when the project originates from an initiative, the author of that initiative.
To add the other members, select the “Add member” button. The platform will display a pop-up where you choose the user to be included and define their role — Owner, Collaborator, or Observer.
Each member’s allocation hours are entered in the Backlog section, and from them the platform lets you track and validate the number of hours accumulated per user.
