Scope

The Scope section is intended for linking the project to an initiative previously registered on the platform. Initially, this area appears empty and starts being filled in once an initiative is associated with the project. Associating an initiative with a project is not required for a project to be created.

Relationships

• Originating initiative — to link a new initiative to the project, simply click Link initiative. This option becomes available after the project is created. If the project was not created from an initiative, this section will appear blank until an initiative is linked manually. After linking, the data from the original application form automatically fills in the project’s scope.
• Strategic OKRs — associate objectives and key results to connect the project to the Planning Cycle’s goals.
